By introduction my name is Allison Shawn, a west metro resident for 40 years with a heart for serving this community where I live and work. Sellers have options in this market for selling their property. My job is to create a deal for the homeowner that fits their personal circumstances. Whether your home needs repairs, a fresh coat of paint, newer flooring, a good deep cleaning or staging services to increase the potential profitability in selling your home, our team is available to meet those needs. We will coordinate and oversee the licensed subcontractors in a project management role. I am personally onsite through the entire process to ensure the work meets your expectations.
