No.  This is a benefit of working with a real estate investor.  You do not pay any fees or commission when you work with us.  We pay the closing costs and title service fees.

The price we offer to buy your home is based on several factors.  We take into account the condition of the property, how much any repairs or updates would cost us and the market value of similar homes in your area. 

Yes.  We will buy your house if it is in bad condition.  We understand not everyone has the time or resources to fix up their property.  That is another way we are here to help you.

As investors, our goal is to renovate your home as needed to get it market or rental ready.  Depending on the size and location of the property, we will consider a variety of options.
